Refund Policy

VTech Direct, LLC Refund Policy

VTech Direct, LLC (referred here­inafter as ‘VTech Direct, LLC’, ‘vtechdirect.com’, ‘our’, ‘we’ and ‘us’) is a web host­ing provider. All pre­paid accounts on our web servers are sub­ject to the Refund Pol­icy as described in this doc­u­ment. Under this Refund Pol­icy, your place­ment of infor­ma­tion on our servers is an acknowl­edge­ment that you have read, under­stand, and agree to be bound by the terms and con­di­tions of our TOS (Terms of Ser­vice), AUP (Accept­able Use Pol­icy) and those out­lined below.

1. Refund­ing Pol­icy
We do give refunds for full months unused, should you want to can­cel your pre­paid ser­vice. If you decide to can­cel after pre­pay­ment, you will not receive a refund for the cur­rent month in use (we do not give par­tial months refunds). If you have pre­paid and received a multi-month dis­count, upon can­cel­la­tion we will fig­ure the refund retroac­tively with­draw­ing the dis­count back to the dis­count level that coin­cides with the start date of your account. This will result in pay­ing the dis­counted price for the months used at the dis­count level at time of can­cel­la­tion. This only applies to can­cel­la­tion by the client. VTech Direct, LLC reserves the right to not refund any accounts that have been ter­mi­nated as a result of a vio­la­tion of our Accept­able Use Pol­icy.

2. Refund­ing Pro­ce­dure
The cus­tomer must sub­mit an “Account Can­cel­la­tion” to ini­tial­ize the refund­ing process. We will not accept phone or email can­cel­la­tions, Please con­tact us to obtain this form. Once we received the request, we will check on the customer’s account sta­tus. Depend­ing on the cus­tomers remain­ing host­ing period with us, we will com­pute the sum to be refund to the cus­tomer, as out­lined above. An email will be sent to the cus­tomer to acknowl­edge the account can­cel­la­tion and amount that will be refunded back to the customer.

3. Pay­ment Method
All cus­tomers will be refunded via com­pany check. All refunds will be processed within 3 busi­ness days after we have reviewed and con­firmed the amount to be refund.

4. Exclu­sion
VTechDirect.com reserves the right to not refund any accounts that have been ter­mi­nated as a result of a vio­la­tion of our Accept­able Use Pol­icy.

5. Mod­i­fi­ca­tion of these terms and con­di­tion
VTechDirect.com reserves the right to change the terms, con­di­tions, and notices under which this pol­icy is writ­ten. No prior notice may be given.
